Mid Kittatinny area with Jude Shabrach, Rick Hudson, and Mark ?
I no longer have the hike journal for this one either, sadly. If anyone does, please e mail it to me! It was one of many lost in the fire of 2010.

This was another one we did in the Kittatinny region, and another I'm surprised so few people showed up for. I guess the rain scared them off.
On Bird Mountain
Crater Lake
We started at Millbrook Road as I recall and followed the AT northbound. Rick was trying to do the entire AT in NJ, and had hiked the High Point section with me. Jude had of course been out a lot, and Mark was a cool guy who I chatted with a lot but as of 2010 he has'nt come on another hike, surprisingly.
After reaching the Blue Mountain Lakes Road area, we continued on the AT and bushwhacked to the southern shore of Crater Lake where I took a little swim in the rain, and then we continued as I recall to Bird Mountain and followed Woods Road Trail back to Blue Mountain Lakes Road, and we could'nt find Indian Cliffs which was supposed to be nearby, then walked the road to Donkey's Corners to follow Donkey Hollow Trail back to Millbrook where we'd parked. I noticed the old house I'd found my previous time at Blue Mountain Lakes had been torn down. Sad.
